One of the best things you can do to prepare for hurricane season is to have an evaluation done on your trees to see if any appear to be dead or dying, which could lead to a potentially hazardous situation. During heavy Florida storms, the first thing to typically cause damage are lower hanging limbs. Being that they are susceptible to high winds, it can often cause them to break off and cause damage to your property. We always recommend that this be one of the first steps to take in preparing for any potentially damaging storm.
